Delivery Times (Tangible):

Once we have received your order, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be filled. For shipping times, please observe the following:

Shipping within Canada: please allow 3-7 business days for standard delivery service.

Shipping to the United States: please allow 5-14 business days for standard delivery service. Some deliveries may take longer depending on your location and customs.

Shipping Overseas: please allow 5 -14 business days for UPS World delivery. Some deliveries may take longer depending on your location and customs.

When placing an order at Shop @ MasterBanks.com, please ensure that all your shipping information is accurate. If you provide the wrong information and your shipment is Returned To Sender, we will contact you to confirm your shipping information, and will charge an additional $10.00 fee to re-ship the order.

Please note: all rural route and PO Box addresses will be shipped via Canada Post.

Delivery Times (Digital):

Once payment confirmation has been received, a temporary link will be generated for you to download your product. This link will expire after 3 business days.

About Your Order

All orders are shipped from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with only our address present.

Method of Payment

Shop @ MasterBanks.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, EuroDebit, Maestro through our credit card processor: ccBill. All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped.

Information on Taxes

Taxes will be automatically added to your order's total and indicated separately for your information. Residents in Ontario are subject to 5% GST and 8% PST for any purchases made. All other provinces and territories are subject to either 5% GST or 6% HST, where applicable. Taxes are only charged for Canadian customers, taxes do not apply to international visitors.

Any import duties or taxes will be the purchaser's responsibility.

 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to a $10.00 restocking charge, plus any applicable shipping costs incurred.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, credit, or cash back.
